¬ Project of Karate (POK)

POK introduces Karate classes to children aged 4 to 15 in schools, churches, and community centers, focusing on reviving martial traditions and promoting good behavior as essential elements of a well-rounded individual. This professional program is designed specifically for educational institutions and places of worship, offering simple yet effective teaching sessions, including "Ma fit," a fun combination of karate with music to enhance physical fitness, mental discipline, and overall health. We collaborate with these institutions to provide group classes at their locations, ensuring accessibility for all participants. Additionally, we offer traditional Okinawan Karatedo training in Japan, with optional opportunities for national-level competitions and promotion exams, fostering both skill development and a sense of community among young martial artists.
