7 Preceptos del Bushido
7 Preceptos del Bushido

Bushido, the samurai code of conduct, is based on seven main virtues: justice, bravery, benevolence, respect, honesty, honor, and loyalty. These virtues guide the lives of warriors, influencing their actions, decisions, and relationships. Below are the seven virtues of bushido:
Justice (義 - Gi): The ability to make correct decisions and act with justice.
Bravery (勇 - Yū): Heroic courage that is not blind, but intelligent and strong, replacing fear with respect and caution.
Benevolence (仁 - Jin): Compassion, generosity, and the desire to help others.
Respect (礼 - Rei): Courtesy, consideration for the feelings and experiences of others.
Honesty (誠 - Makoto): Absolute sincerity and integrity in all actions.
Honor (名誉 - Meiyo): The defense of one's own self-worth and living by a high code of conduct.
Loyalty (忠義- Chūgi): Unwavering fidelity to those to whom loyalty is owed, even in difficult circumstances. Bushido is not limited to these seven virtues but also emphasizes the importance of self-control, perseverance, and adaptability. At its core, bushido seeks to develop well-rounded, virtuous individuals who live with integrity and purpose.

[ WHITE BREAD is not inherently bad.

White bread isn't inherently bad, but it does have some nutritional disadvantages compared to whole-grain bread. White bread is processed, meaning it has lost most of its fiber and nutrients during the manufacturing process. Additionally, it often contains added sugars and can cause blood sugar spikes. While white bread can be a source of energy, it's not the best choice for a balanced diet.
Disadvantages of White Bread:
Low Fiber: White bread has very little fiber, which can affect digestion and satiety.
High Glycemic Index: White bread has a high glycemic index, meaning it can cause blood sugar spikes.
Artificial Additives: White bread often contains added sugars, additives, and preservatives, making it less healthy.
Low Satisfaction: Due to its low fiber content, white bread isn't as satiating as whole-grain bread, which can lead to overeating.
Possible contribution to obesity: Regular consumption of white bread may contribute to obesity and other chronic diseases.
